7 daily essentials


My daily rituals are essentials in my life.

Of course they waiver at times but the following are my key consistencies.

  • Gratitude - every morning before getting out of bed I reflect on three things I am grateful for.

  • Meditation - and this looks different for everyone but for me it’s lying on yoga mat on my bedroom floor, perfect way to start my day but I also find running a form of meditation and just sitting alone on the beach. Silencing my mind and being present with what is.

  • Green smoothie - fill my body with delicious goodness each morning. You can get so creative but mine generally includes: kale, spinach, kiwi, banana, avocado, coconut water and cinnamon.

  • Exercise - move my body every single day and if you’re like me, change it up -otherwise I get bored.

  • Soul sabbatical in nature - enjoy some ME time outside in the fresh air.

  • Reading - I make sure I read something everyday, whether that be a book, study material or personal development content but continued learning is incredibly important and invaluable to me.

  • Journaling - I don’t do this everyday but this an ideal way to release and remove yourself from the emotion you’re experiencing and it’s also a beautiful form of expression. Some of my greatest ideas and creations come from journaling.
