Daily habits that improve your physical health also improve your mental health


I workout for at least 40 minutes everyday BUT I absolutely LOVE it! For those of you who don’t love it, find a physical activity you do love. It could be running, boxing, group sports, weights, dancing, yoga, long walks or climbing trees.

Whatever it is, FIND IT and DO IT daily or at least regularly! It’s so important to find ways to move your body that also nourish your soul because if you’re forcing yourself to do a workout everyday you will not stay committed! It doesn’t need to be a huge workout but at least 20 minutes of physical activity per day will improve your everyday life. I 100% believe this. It may seem challenging at first, you may also feel deflated at times and find yourself comparing to others but remember we all started somewhere and starting now is better than starting in another 3 months or even tomorrow. What’s good for your body is good for your mind so start today - stop waiting!!!
