When was the last time you did something for YOURSELF?


When was the last time you did something for YOURSELF? Something that makes you SMILE. For me it’s time spent at the beach, running, reading and being outside in nature within the fresh air - these are all the simple things that I do regularly to make myself smile.

We’re all busy and often life gets hectic with projects, work, tasks and social events but it’s so important to take time to allow yourself to rest, rejuvenate and have fun! Your body is your vessel in life so make sure you treat it kindly!

What are you doing each day to show appreciation to yourself? Take note of how often you allow rest?

How often do you take time to do the things that light you up?

Are you taking note of what you’re feeding your body?

Is your body getting the nourishment it deserves?

We all demand so much of our bodies, we are constantly asking it to work hard, to accomplish all of our dreams, goals and desires but are you filling it with the right fuels to do so?

Compliments, nutrition, exercise, rest, excitement, laughs, connections, learnings and most importantly love - you should always be filling your own cup first!
