What does creation through vibration mean?

I believe that we as humans have the ability to create our own reality and shift our vibration at any given moment. There are many things we're able to do to change our frequency and shift energy but instead what many of us do, myself included at times, is hold onto the feelings. We store the pain, we accept the limiting beliefs and it holds us back, often without us even realising. Your mind is powerful and you have the ability to create your own reality. 

I want to create a space where you feel comfortable to share, connect, explore and express yourself authentically. 

We will discover our creative side, connect with our vulnerable self and explore our ability to control our own reality.

What you can expect:

• Guided visualisation meditation

• Mindset & connection exercises 

• Activities to guide you through self expression & open creative channels 

• Setting intentions and vision creation

• Gratitude closing ritual 

• Champagne and treats 

What I ask of you:

Come with an open mind and heart as we will be pushing the fold on some of the mainstream conversations, and of course expect to have a lot of fun! 

What you need to bring:

• Dress comfortably as we will be sitting on the floor

• No need to worry about water or snacks as they will be provided
